Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7–18 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your shipment in real time through the carrier's website.
If you haven't received tracking information within 4 business days of your order, please contact us and we'll look into it right away.
Packaging
All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe transit. Luxury items are wrapped in protective tissue, and bags are stuffed to maintain their shape. Where original dust bags or boxes are available, they are included.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
- If your item arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and item immediately and email us at support@aurasonia.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will do everything we can to make it right.
