AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE
Authenticity Guarantee
Every item sold by Aurasonia is genuine. This is not a marketing claim — it is a commitment backed by a verification process we apply to every single piece before it is listed.
Why Authenticity Matters to Us
Luxury resale is a category where trust is everything. Counterfeit and misrepresented items are a real problem across the industry. We built Aurasonia specifically to be a place where shoppers never have to wonder. We know that when you spend $700, $1,200, or $2,000 on a piece, you deserve absolute certainty.
Our Verification Process
Source Vetting
Every item is acquired through a trusted network of suppliers, consignors, and partners. We do not purchase from unknown or unverified sources.
Physical Inspection
Items are examined in detail — hardware, stitching, lining, leather grain, font consistency on logos and labels, date codes, serial numbers, and overall construction quality.
Cross-Reference Verification
We reference brand-specific authentication criteria for each house we carry, including production details that vary by year, region, and model.
Listing Approval
Only items that pass every step of inspection are approved for listing. Items with any doubt are rejected — full stop.
Condition Grading
Each item is graded honestly and described accurately in its listing, including any wear, marks, or imperfections. What you see is what you receive.

Tips for Authenticating Your Purchase
- Check the original receipt or dust bag included with your item (included when available)
- Compare hardware weight — genuine luxury brands use heavy, quality metals
- Inspect stitching: it should be even, tight, and consistent throughout
- For LV and other monogram bags, patterns should align at seams
- If you want a third-party opinion, services like Entrupy or Real Authentication are excellent resources
