Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Return request submitted within 14 days of the delivery date
  • Item is in the same condition as received — unworn, unaltered, and undamaged
  • All included accessories, dust bags, boxes, or packaging are returned with the item
  • Item is securely packaged to prevent damage in transit

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • Items that show signs of wear, use, or alteration after receipt
  • Items returned without original accessories or packaging that were included
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care after delivery

How to Initiate a Return

    Email support@aurasonia.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Please include photos if the item arrived damaged or not as described.

    We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address.

    Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring high-value items — we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

    Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, item not as described, authenticity concern).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@aurasonia.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or send a replacement, at your preference.

Authenticity Concerns

If you believe an item you received is not authentic, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We take these claims very seriously and will review promptly. See our Authenticity Guarantee for full details.
